The central concept of the West Garden residential complex's second-phase development project is based on the desire to create a space where nature becomes the primary source of inspiration and aesthetics. At the core of the concept is the image of "Picturesque Gardens," uniting architecture, landscape, and people into a single, harmonious environment. The project aims to create a vibrant, natural space where multi-level landscaping and localized geoplastics play a key role, shaping the topography, structure, and emotional atmosphere of the area.
A diverse range of vegetation — from large trees to flowering shrubs and light grasses — creates vibrant landscapes that harmonize with the seasons. In spring, the area is filled with fresh shades of awakening greenery; in summer, it is immersed in lush foliage and blossoms; in autumn, it reveals warm gold and crimson; and in winter, it retains its expressiveness thanks to conifers and the graphic design of its branches.
The landscape is divided into several thematic zones, each associated with natural elements and phenomena. "Water" symbolizes tranquility and purity, reflected in the smooth lines and cool tones of the landscaping. "Stones" embody stability and balance. "Sky" evokes lightness, inspiration, and a sense of spaciousness, creating an emotionally charged atmosphere throughout the complex.
The project also includes modern functional spaces that enhance the natural environment for everyday living. These include an inclusive neighborhood garden where residents can grow herbs and plants, such as mint for tea; a table tennis area for active recreation; a yoga deck overlooking the river floodplain, designed for solitude and rejuvenation; and an outdoor coworking space under a canopy and a spreading tree, allowing for outdoor work in the shade of the greenery.
The main principles of landscaping are based on balance and naturalness. A combination of large trees, shrubs, lawns, and flower beds is used to create a diverse and resilient ecosystem. High planting density and a selection of species with different textures and shades lend visual richness and a picturesque feel to the space. Particular attention is paid to year-round decorative appeal: evergreens and resilient species retain their expressiveness even in winter.
